【摘要】 在室温下分别测量了LaNi5、LaNi5D0.3和LaNi5D6.7的中子衍射谱,采用Rietveld峰形精修方法对实验数据进行拟合,得到它们的晶体结构及氘原子在晶胞中的位置。
【Abstract】 The micro-structures of LaNi5 and LaNi5Dxx （x=0.3, 6.7） were studied byneutron power diffraction at room temperature. The data were fitted by means ofRietveld profile refinement. The crystal structure and D atom occupancy were obtained.
