【Abstract】 In this paper, discussions have been made on some practical experiences of how to construct the teaching direction of Integrated Circuit Measuring in Department of Microelectronics in North China University of Technology. Based on this specific teaching direction, teaching plan and related sylabus contents have been introduced in this paper. Moreover, during the process of construction, some practical works, including the teaching methods, chasing up the most advanced technology and selection of the books used in the class, are listed here, too.更多还原
