【摘要】 主要介绍了北方工业大学微电子系在专业课程设置时,在教学内容、教学方法、教学手段、教学过程、考核方式等课程教学的环节上进行较为全面的创新。文中以《集成电路测试技术》课程为实例,介绍了微电子系教师在进行专业创新人才培养模式的改革中,既重视知识的介绍,又重视能力的培养;既注重课堂教学的深度,又兼顾教学内容的广度,使该专业人才培养质量得到保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this papers,some improvements on the teaching contents,teaching methods,teaching process and even the examination ways are all introduced,which have been successfully used in Department of Microelectronics in North China University of Technology.Moreover,a lesson which titled"VLSI Teaching Technology"has been taken as an example to illustrate that the innovation improvements in lessons is not only focused on the knowledge,but also the ability.At the same time,both the teaching depth and the widht of teaching contents are all considered,too.更多还原
