【Abstract】 The principle components on X-ray electron spectrometer are introduced,including X-ray source, energy analyzer,transmission lens,electron detector,charge neutralizator etc.Based on this,the principle specifications such as sensitivity,energy resolution etc.,and the evaluation of the spectrometer are also introduced.Finally,the progress of the spectrometer is discussed.更多还原
