【Abstract】 In order to establish safe & harmonious campus and to build developed and research oriented university,it is necessary to foster college laboratory safety culture,and then to wake up their self-conscious demand of every teacher and student for laboratory safety,and ultimately avoid laboratory accident.This essay is to dissertate practice and experience in upgrading laboratory safety management level by fostering safety culture in colleges from the following four aspects:to cultivate safe consciousness,to transform safety management style,to upbuild safety encouraging system,and to improve the quality of the safety activities.更多还原
