【摘要】 现有的经济学体系都是以“竞争”作为主线的,“合作”在经济学中远没有获得与竞争同等的关注和研究,对“合作”的解释、描述显得非常不足,这显然是经济学的缺憾,黄少安(2000)站在推动经济学革命的高度,一反传统的以“竞争”为主线的经济学研究框架,倡议转向以“合作”为主线,创建“合作”经济学,试图弥补传统经济学“只见树木、不见森林”的缺陷,并对合作经济学的理论框架进行了初步构想,在理论界产生了一定的影响。本文是在其基础上所作的后续研究,试图为合作经济学的建立作些初步的理论准备。本文对合作经济学的基本范畴如合作、合作收益、合作成本、合作水平、合作方式等作出了定义,并且提出了关于合作的五个假说,它们基本上初步勾勒了合作经济学的一个简单理论框架,另外作者还运用合作经济学研究了企业性质的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 All the existing economic systems take competition as the master line and cooperation has obtained less attention than competition in economics. The explanation and description about the phenomena of people’s cooperation appears extremely insufficient, which is obviously the defect of economics. Standing in the altitude of propelling the revolution of economics, Shaoan Huang (2000) proposes to take cooperation as the master line of economics and establish the cooperative economics in contrast with the traditional economics. He attempts to make up the traditional economics’ flaws of only seeing the trees but not seeing the forest. He also carries on the preliminary conception to the frame of the cooperative economics in that paper, which has had some influences in the theorists. This paper is the following research in its foundation. We attempt to make preparation for the foundation of preliminary theories for the cooperative economics. This paper formulates the basic category of cooperative economics such as cooperation, profit of cooperation, cost of cooperation, level of cooperation, forms of cooperation and so on. It also proposes five hypotheses, which basically outline a simple theory frame for cooperative economics. In addition ,we also study the problem of the properties of enterprises using the cooperative economics.更多还原
