【摘要】 本文在简要回顾国际货币体系演变的基础上,探讨了金本位制、金汇兑本位制、布雷顿森林体系等国际货币体系失败的原因。在理论上,“特里芬困境”和“三难悖论”决定了任何国际货币体系都必然会失败;从政治经济学的角度看,国家利益冲突、国际层次上的集体行动困境和各国政治家的短期行为,也决定了成熟稳定的国际货币体系难以建立起来。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on reviewing the evolution of international monetary systems simply, this article analyzes the reasons for failures of the gold standard; the gold exchange standard; and Bretton Woods system. In theories, “Triffin Puzzle” and “Triad Paradox” determine the failure of any international monetary system; In political economy approach, conflict of national interests, collective action puzzle on the international level, and short sight of politicians, determines that it is possible to create an mature and steady international monetary system.更多还原
