【Abstract】 The discussion about “well-paid for probity” is concentrated on the relationship of well-paid and probity commonly,economists had drawn a consistent conclusion that is that well-paid is positive to probity.This article thought the main function is not for probity,but for improving efficiency,and we analyzed the relationship of well-paid,probity and the efficiency of government by a simple model.更多还原
