液压履带起重机远程状态信息采集系统研究与应用

【摘要】 现场状态信息的远程实时采集是远程监控与远程故障诊断的基础。在研究分析液压履带起重机CAN总线电控系统的基础上,设计了基于CAN总线与GPRS的分布式远程状态信息实时采集系统。提出了分类数据采集方式与混合组态传输,以及参数化设计与远程设置方法;分析了数据流的冗余特性,提出了字符串相对编码的压缩算法。采用高性能数字信号处理器DSP实现了上述技术,并在液压履带起重机远程维护系统中成功应用,应用表明,具有良好的兼容性与可扩展性。
【Abstract】 Remote condition information acquisition is the foundation of remote monitor and remote fault diagnosis. Based on the study of the CAN bus control system of hydraulic screw crane, a CAN bus and GPRS based distributed remote condition information real time acquisition system is proposed. The paper presents a classified acquisition method and a mixed configuration transmission method. Parametric design and remote setting method is also employed. Finally, above technique is achieved based on high performance digital signal processor, and has been successfully applied in the remote monitor system of crane. Application shows that the system has good compatibility and extendibility.
