快速响应低耗气双喷嘴真空集成系统的研究

【摘要】 针对目前单一喷嘴真空发生器使用过程中由于连续供气导致的耗能大的局限性,提出了一种双喷嘴真空集成系统。文中研究了低压高灵敏度的膜片检测真空反馈、导阀控制和主阀控制分离的切换控制技术方案,建立了双喷嘴真空集成系统的理论模型并对其基本工作性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:与单一喷嘴真空系统相比,所提出的双喷嘴真空集成系统在供给压力为0.45MPa时,响应时间可缩短约27%,空气消耗量可减少约17%,具有快速响应和低耗气的特点。

【Abstract】 Jet vacuum ejectors currently used have a defect of large air consumption due to the need of continuous and constant air supply. To solve this problem, the twin-nozzle vacuum integrated system is presented. In this paper, a new switching control valve has been researched and developed. This low-pressure and high-sensitivity control valve utilizes diaphragm to detect vacuum feedback and adopts the separate design of pilot valve and main valve. The theory models of the twin-nozzle vacuum integrated system are proposed and the foundational performance test of vacuum integrated system has been done. Experimental results have shown that the response time of the twin-nozzle vacuum integrated system is shortened by 27% and the air consumption is reduced by 17% compared with the single-nozzle vacuum system if the supply pressure is 0.45MPa. So the twin-nozzle vacuum integrated system could not only save air consumption but also has a quick vacuum response speed.
