气驱气体增压器静态特性研究
RESEARCH ON THE STATIC CHARACTERISTICS OF AIR DRIVEN GAS BOOSTER

【摘要】 在现代工业一些需要使用高压气体的场合,气体增压器常被用来对低压气体进行增压而获得所需的高压气体。该文简要介绍了气体增压器的工作原理,分析了利用气驱气体增压器进行低压气体收集的过程,详细研究了在此过程中增压器的动作特性,推导出了增压器静态性能参数如吸排气压力、吸排气体积和耗气量的计算公式和停机压力公式及它们在集气过程中的变化规律;并根据这些公式,得出了增压器的压缩比和容积效率的变化规律;最后分析了余隙容积对增压器各项工作性能的重要影响,对加深了解增压器的工作性能以及增压器的选型、设计和使用具有一定参考意义。
【Abstract】 Air driven gas booster is usually used to compress low pressure gas to high pressure in some special conditions where high pressure gas is needed. The working principle of air driven gas booster was briefly introduced, the low pressure gas reclaiming process by the booster was analyzed and its operating characteristics was studied. Calculation formulae of performance parameters of the gas booster such as the inlet pressure, outlet pressure, volume of discharge and intake, air consumption in per cycle and the stall pressure were derived, and their change laws during the reclaiming process were obtained, based on which the change laws of compressed ratio and volumetric efficiency were received. The important influence of dead volume on the booster’s working parameters was finally stated. The results with great reference value are helpful for model selection, design and application of gas boosters.
