电控液压助力转向系统助力特性研究与分析方法

【摘要】 利用液阻网络系统学的基本原理,提出了一种基于液阻串、并联关系的液阻网络等效液阻和等效通流面积的计算方法。对几种典型的电控液压助力转向系统液阻网络的等效通流面积和静态助力特性进行了详细研究。并且通过一个阀特性式电控液压助力转向系统的计算实例,说明了该方法在系统设计过程中的具体应用。最后,对该方法的其它一些工程应用前景进行了简要论述。
【Abstract】 Using principles of hydraulic resistance networks, the calculating procedure of the equivalent hydraulic resistance and equivalent flow area in a hydraulic resistance network is proposed based on the analysis of series and parallel connection of the hydraulic resistances. The equivalent flow areas and assist effort characteristics of several typical electronic controlled hydraulic power steering systems are investigated in detail. Application of this method in design process is demonstrated with a representative example to analyze the valve sensitivity control type ECHPS system. Moreover, some else engineering applications of the proposed method are mentioned briefly.
