低噪声径向柱塞泵的设计与研究
Design and Research on The Lower Noise Radial Piston Pump

【摘要】 影响泵的噪声的因素有很多,归纳起来不外乎于机械噪声和流体噪声两大类.就机械噪声而言,本泵的设计将消除以往由于配流轴上受较大的径向不平衡力而引起的摩擦噪声:对于流体噪声的控制,本研究主要从影响泵的两大流体噪声即压力脉动噪声和配流噪声出发来控制它。研究表明此泵是一种低噪声径向柱塞泵。
【Abstract】 There are many factors influencing the noises of pumps, but on the whole, which are two type of noise, that is mechanical noises and fluid noises. The design of this pump will eliminate friction noises coming from the shaft plate which carries the larger radial unbalancing force as to mechanical noises; As to the control of fluid noises, this paper will solve how to control the pressure fluctuation noises and plate noises which are the main fluid noises. The study shows this is a type of lower noise radial piston pump.
