气动系统内部结露的研究

【摘要】 随着气动系统向小型化和高速化的发展,气动系统出现了内部结露和外部结露.以气动系统中最典型的回路为对象对内部结露进行研究,提出了气动系统发生内部结露的机理,即当系统内的水分向系统末端移动的能力大于水分向系统外部捧出的能力时,系统发生内部结露。反之则不发生。用凝结水滴的质量密度描述水分向系统末端移动的能力,用容积比来代表水分向系统外部排出的能力,确定了凝结水滴的质量密度和容积比平面上的内部结露分界线.最后通过实验验证了该方法的正确性.

【Abstract】 With the development of pneumatic system towards small scale and high speed, the problem of condensation of vapor, which can be divided into internal condensation and external condensation, occurrs in pneumatic systems. The internal condensation is investigated by taking single driving system as an example, and the mechanism of internal condensation is unveiled as follows: when the ability of moving condensed vapor toward the blind end is greater than the ability of moving it out of the system, internal condensation occurs; otherwise, it doesnot occur. By using mass density to represent the formmer ability and volume ratio to represent the latter one, a dividing curve is obtained on the plot of mass density versus volume ratio. Finally, the results are verified by experiments
