板带轧机液压AGC系统内模控制研究

【摘要】 随着用户对冷轧板带的质量要求不断提高,轧机液压压下控制系统的精度也需要继续提高.作为消除来料厚差的重要手段,液压AGC系统对于提高板带材的成品精度起着至关重要的作用。但是,采用机架后测厚仪进行反馈,滞后十分大,特别是低速轧制时,从变形区出口运行到测厚仪往往要几百毫秒。大滞后的反馈容易使系统不稳定,而且也影响控制精度。因此,引入内模控制策略,采用液压AGC系统与内模控制相结合的办法来进行控制,并以某五机架冷连轧机一机架的具体参数为例进行计算机仿真试验,取得了良好的效果,系统的控制精度和稳定性都有了显著的提高.
【Abstract】 Following the increasingly higher request of the consumer to the strip’s quality, the precision of the mill’s hydraulic screw-down control system needs increasing too. As the important means of eliminating the raw material’s thickness deviation, the hydraulic AGC system is very important to improve the product precision of the strip. But the lag is very large when adopting the feedback using the thickness gauge. Especially on the time of the low velocity, it often needs hundreds of milliseconds from the deform zone to the thickness gauge. The feedback of the large lag makes the system unsteadiness and influences the control precision. So the method of the Internal Model Control is introduced and is adopted to control the AGC system. At the same time, it carries out the computer simulation using parameters of some S-stand tandem mill. The excellent control effect is gained. Also the control precision and the stability are improved largely.
