不考虑进口特性的蓄能器吸收冲击基础理论及实验研究

【摘要】 蓄能器基础理论包括蓄能器数学模型和参数选择原则,当前基础理论研究是蓄能器研究的薄弱环节。本文针对蓄能器吸收压力冲击的功用,在忽略连接管道影响的前提下,重点分析皮囊受力情况,建立蓄能器数学模型,通过仿真分析和大量的实验对理论结果验证,给出了重要结论.
【Abstract】 Accumulator’s basic theory includes its mathematics model and principle of parameter choice, currently it is weakness to study the basic theory. In this paper, aiming the function of accumulator absorbing hydraulic pulsation, and on the base that the influence of the joined-pipeline is ignored, we establish the accumulator’s mathematics model by analyzing the air cavity’s stress. The results of the theory is validated by simulating and experimenting.
