惯性气动附件动特性研究
Study on Dynamic Characteristic of Inertial Pneumatic Accessories

【摘要】 为了提高抗荷设备的性能,某型抗荷调压器在排气口加装惯性气动附件——预充压活门。本文首先建立其动态数学模型,通过计算机仿真,得出流量、抗荷服容积、管长等系统参数对预充压活门动特性的影响,从而为消除预充压活门的颤振提供理论支持。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the capability of anti - load equipment, advance increase - pressure valve, which is a kind of in-ertial pneumatic accessories, was installed in the vent of some kind of anti - load pressure - adjustment, and its dynamic mathematic model was established. Through the computer imitation, the effect of system parameters, such as flow, cubage of anti - load clothing, length of pipeline and so on, on the dynamic characters of advance increase - pressure valve was analyzed. The results can offer the theoretic supports to eliminate the vibration of advance increase - pressure valve.
