基于HART协议的混合型环保疏浚多相流体测控系统

【摘要】 本文根据工业现场的测量与控制实际情况和技术需求,提出了应用HART协议的仪表混合型测控网络框架,说明了系统的通信方式,应用Delphi开发工具开发了应用于环保疏浚中多相流体测量与控制的应用程序,在所构造的数字仪表与模拟仪表并存的混合型测控网络基础上,实现了测量数据的可视化和历史数据记录,为更好地发挥环保疏浚系统的效能打下了基础。
【Abstract】 According to the industrial field requirement of measure and control, a hybrid field instruments measure and control network architecture using HART protocol was presented, and communication mode of the system was explained. By using HART interface and Delphi, a series of client programs was developed to measure and control the multiphase parameters during environmental dredging course. Hased on this hybrid network, the visual data and data records as a basement to promote efficiency of dredging system was obtained.
