纯水液压控制阀的研制
Development of Water Hydraulic Control Valves

【摘要】 简要介绍了研制纯水液压控制阀需要解决的关键技术难题,同时介绍了浙江大学流体传动及控制国家重点实验室所研制的三类典型纯水开关控制阀,并从工作原理、结构特点、材料选择及实际效果上进行分析。结果表明:所研制的纯水液压控制阀静动态特性较好,进行万次寿命实验后,主要零部件无异常现象,阀的稳定性好,性能可靠,接近现有同类油压控制阀的水平。
【Abstract】 The key technology were introduced aboat the development of the water hydraulic valve. The valves were presented which were developed by zhejiang university. The working principle, structure characteristics, materials selection and results were respectively analyzed for these water hydraulic valve. The results show that these water hydraulic control valve possess good property. The life experiments were carried in normal condition, and the primary part aren’ t shattered. The performances of these water hydraulic control valve achieve the level of traditional control valve.
