液压传动CAT/CAI系统的研制

【摘要】 本系统以QCS003型液压实验台为基础,通过计算机数据采集和控制接口及软件,实现了泵特性和阀特性实验的计算机自动控制和数据自动处理,并对实验原理和过程配套了多媒体CAI子系统。经实际运用,教学效果明显提高,改进和更新了液压传动实验教学的方法和手段。
【Abstract】 A computerized sampling and controling system are developed on the basis of QCS003 fluid experimental set - up. Corresponding softwares also is developed. The automatically computerized controling for the process of the pump characteristics and the valve characteristics experiment , and the automatically processing of the experiment data are realized. The multimedia demonstration teaching subprogram also is developed. Thus, a fluid drive CAT/CAI system is composed.Through practical applications,this system proved to be effective for enhencing the teaching result and improving the teaching method for the fluid drive course.
