动压阻尼器设计及仿真分析

【摘要】 泵控型舵机电液伺服系统动压阻尼补偿不失为改善系统稳定性、提高系统动态性能的好方法,由于泵控型系统响应能力有限,采用电气补偿的方法,动压阻尼的效果往往十分有限,所以采用液压式动压阻尼器不仅具有系统动压补偿好的特点,还具有抗舵机负载高频干扰或冲击的能力,大大减轻了泵控型系统的工作负担。本文就动压阻尼器的模型和结构设计进行了论述,进行了从系统要求到动压阻尼器结构设计的模型推导和工程要求的模型简化,对动压阻尼器的设计具有指导意义和实用价值。

【Abstract】 It is a better method for the pump control type steer to improve the stability and dynamic characteristics by adopting the dynamic pressure damp expiation of Electrohydnaulic servo system .Because the responsive ability of pump conrol type system is restricted, the system performance usually improves little with the dynamic pressure damp expiation of Electrical system.Comparing with the Electrical system ,It not only expiates the system dynamic pressure better ,but also resists the high-frequency disturbance or striking of steer load ,and lightens the work load of the pump control system mostly if the dynamic pressure damper of the hydnaulic system is adopted. The model andstructural design of the dynamic pressure damper has been discussed in this article where the two other works have also been processed: modeling from the system demand to the structural design of the dynamic pressure damper and smplifiaction for the engineering demand. This article is valuable and directional for the design of the dynamic pressure damper to some extent.
