【摘要】 目的:探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关的原发性肝癌(HCC)发病规律。方法:将稷山县人民医院近十年住院的82例 HBV 相关性 HCC 的临床资料,分别从 HBV-M、HBV DNA 定量、肝功能、肝炎及肝硬化病史等方面进行了回顾性分析。结果:一、HBsAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc 均阳性者占 HCC 的41.27%(26/63),抗 -HBe 阳性者占 HCC 的65.08%(41/63),提示 HBV 前 C 区变异,导致 HBV 逃避机体的免疫监视,不断复制, 可能导致肝肿瘤发生。二、HBV 相关的 HCC 中,90%(9/10)的患者 HBV DNA 定量正常或处于低复制状态, 这与 HBV DNA 整合到肝细胞基因组有关,也与人体的免疫系统中和了血液中的病毒颗粒,可导致 HBV DNA 含量下降。三、73.17%(60/82)的肝癌患者无肝炎或肝硬化病史,31.71%(26/82)的肝癌患者入院时肝功能正常,提示 HBV 相关性 HCC 发病隐匿。结论:对慢性乙型肝炎、肝炎后肝硬化和乙肝病毒携带者,要定期检查身体,以便极早防治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective inquiry into HBV related the ontbreak regulation of HCC.Methods The dinical data of 82 HCC suffers with related HBV whom decade of the country people’s Hospital of JiShan stay in the hospital, carried on a review analysis respectively from the HBV-M、HBV DNA metered、the liver function、hepatitis and cirrhosis disease history etc.Results A,the HBsAg、Ab-HBe、Ab-HBc are all male to have HCC of 41.27%(26/63),the Ab-HBe masculine gender accounts for 65.08% of HCC,hinting the HBV ex-C area variation causes the HBV evade the immunity surveillance of machine body,making duplicate continuously,may cause the liver tunor take place easily.B,in the HBV related HCC,90% suffers HBV DNA is normally metered or be placed in low replication appearance,this has something to do with HBV DNA intergrating the liver cell gene set, also with matched the virus grain in the blood in the immune system of humen body,can cause the content of HBV DNA desend relerant.C,73.17% liver cancer suffers have no hepatitis or cirrhosis disease history, 31.7%liver cancer suffers hospitalize the liver function is normal,hinting the HBV related HCC rise the disease hide.Conclusions to chronic B type hepatitis suffers,cirrhosis sufferer the hepatitis and HBV-take,periodically checking body,in order to prerent and cure as eally as possible.更多还原
