【摘要】 目的:研究骨髓间充质干细胞(MSCs)自体移植治疗终末期肝病的初步临床应用效果。方法: 共施行28例:采集、分离自体骨髓间充质干细胞,回输患者体内,观察患者术后症状和肝脏功能改善情况。结果:术后大多数患者自觉症状得到改善:食欲好转者20例(71.4%),腹胀减轻者17例(60.7%),乏力改善者19例(67.9%)。在术后一到四周,大多数患者肝功能与凝血功能开始恢复,表现为:丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)下降(平均67.7%),总胆红素(TBIL)下降(平均63.1%),血清白蛋白(ALB)上升(平均77.9 %),凝血时间(PT)缩短、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)上升(平均62.9%)。结论:结果初步表明:骨髓间充质干细胞自体移植治疗终末期肝病安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the terminal liver diseases with autologous MSCs transplantation.Methods MSCs were got and separated,and infused into patients’liver.The improvenment of symptoms and the liver function of the 28 patients were recorded and tested.Results After transplantation,the symptoms were getting better:appetite improved in 20 cases (71.4%),abdomen distention ameliorated in 17 cases (60.7%),hypodynamia ameliorated in 19 cases (67.9%).The liver function and the blood coagulation function of most patients were getting better:ALT、and TBIL decreased (the average is 67.7%、63.1%, respectively),ALB increased (the average is 77.9%),PT decreased and PTA increased (the average is 62.9 %).Conclusion The preliminary results indicated that the treatment of the terminal liver diseases with autologous MSCs transplantation is safe and effective.更多还原
