【摘要】 目的:分析和探讨重型肝炎患者在血液净化过程中出现的不良反应,方法:对我院68名重型肝炎患者进行血浆置换和血液滤过治疗,观察治疗期间的不良反应。结果:血浆置换治疗时不良反应发生率为95.59%,常见为轻度不良反应(88.24%),严重不良反应发生率为7.5%,与患者治疗前病情有关,血液滤过治疗时不良反应发生率为22.58%,没有严重不良反应。结论:血浆置换比血液滤过的不良反应发生率高,严重不良反应与患者治疗前病情过重有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVES:Analysis and discuss the adverse affections in fulminate hepatitis patients during bioartificial liver support system therapy.METHODS:Plasma exchange(PE)and plasma perfusion had been used to therapy 68 fulminate hepatitis admitted-patients,and adverse effects were observed during the therapy. RESULTS:The rate of adverse events during plasma exchange therapy is 95.59%,non-severe adverse effects are normal.The rate of severe adverse effects is 7.5 % and has the relationship with patient’ illness state before the therapy.The rate of adverse effects during plasma peffusion therapy is 22.58%,and no severe adverse effects were observed.CONCLUSIONS:The rate of adverse effects during plasma exchange therapy is higher than in plasma perfusion.The severe adverse effects have the relationship with patient’illness state before the therapy.更多还原
