【摘要】 目的:探讨改良 Port 配方在重型肝炎血液滤过治疗中的可行性。方法:将改良 Port 配方的血液滤过治疗应用于18例重型肝炎,于治疗前后分别进行血气分析、电解质测定。结果:血液滤过治疗后所观察病例的电解质紊乱、酸碱失衡得到不同程度的纠正:未出现酸碱度、电解质浓度的严重超常;K⁺、 Na⁺、Ca²⁺、Mg²⁺、HCO₃^-几种离子浓度及 PH 值均有不同程度的纠正,均向置换液的各组分浓度水平趋近。结论:该配方在此领域有一定的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To reveal the feasibility of fine-turned hemofiltration about Port-prescription treating patient with liver failure.Methods:Treating 18 liver failures with fine-turned hemofiltration about Port-prescription,determine the concentration of electrolyte and blood gas analysis at both the posttreated and pretreated.Results:The unbalance of electrolyte and acid-base have been corrected in different degree.The severe abnormity have not been happened.The concentration of K⁺、Na⁺、Ca²⁺、Mg²⁺、HCO₃^- and the PH have been corrected in different degree,tending to the electrolytical concentration of the prescription.Conclusion:The prescription is feasible in a certain extent in this field.更多还原
