【摘要】 目的:研究探讨血浆置换与云克(99Tc-MDP)联合及单用云克或单用血浆置换(PE)治疗强直性脊柱炎(AS)的临床疗效。方法:治疗组Ⅰ单用云克静点治疗42例 AS;治疗组Ⅱ用 PE 结合云克静点治疗68例 AS;另设对照组,单用 PE 治疗33例 AS。治疗前后均观察记录临床及实验室相关免疫学指标的变化。结果:PE+云克治疗组Ⅱ疗效高于治疗组Ⅰ和对照组。结论:对于活动期 AS(患者多关节肿痛明显, 多合并关节积液,CRP 及 ESR 明显增高者)采用 PE+云克治疗为好:而处于非活动期或晚期 AS(关节间隙变窄或融合者)单用云克治疗也有较好的疗效。PE+云克治疗 AS 是高效、安全的,值得临床上进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is an immunol disease,but up to now,no optimal therapies have been established.Therefore our objective is to explore the clinical value of 9 plasma exchange and 9Tc-MDP in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.Methods 143 patients were treated with 99Tc-MDP or combining plasma exchange with 99Tc-MDP.The effect of treatment were observed.Results The remarkably effective outcome was observed in 65(95.5 %)cases in the group treated with combining plasma exchange with 99Tc-MDP and 42(90.48%)cases in the group treated with 99Tc-MDP alone.Side effects were found during plasma exchange in one case.No side effects were found during Yun Ke treatment.Conclusion Yun Ke is more fitted to Ⅲ or Ⅳ stage cases of AS patients.PE and Yun Ke is an effective and safe drug for AS.更多还原
