【摘要】 目的:探讨综合治疗加血浆置换治疗肝性脑病的疗效。方法:对照组35例患者给予综合治疗, 治疗组35例患者在综合治疗的基础上加用血浆置换治疗,并检测治疗前后血氨及氨基酸支/芳比的指标变化。结果:治疗组治愈26例(74.3%),死亡9例(25.7%)。对照组治愈15例(42.9%),死亡20例(57.1 %)。血浆置换术后,支/芳比值明显升高(p<0.01)血氨水平明显下降(p<0.01)。结论:综合治疗加血浆置换术治疗肝性脑病显著提高治愈率,降低病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The clinical study of treatment with basic therapy combined with palasma exchang on hepatic encephalopathey.Methods:The hepatic encephalopathey patienes were randomly divided into two groups.the therapentic proup(1 st group)and controlled group(2nd group).35 patienes were operted by plasma exchange combined with basic therapy in 1 st group .The latter 35 patients only accepty basle trentment.The levels of blood ammonia and BCAA/AAA(amino acid)were detected before and after the treating.Results: The controlled group cure for 15pationts died for20 patients the controlled the therapentie group cure for26 pationts died for 9 patients and BCAA/AAA clearly rise(p<0.01),the level of blood ammonia obvious drop (p<0.01).更多还原
