纳米抗紫外线涤纶纤维的性能研究

【摘要】 本文研究了纳米抗紫外线涤纶纤维的红外谱图、热性能、物理机械性能、抗紫外线性能及抑菌性能,并与普通涤纶纤维作了对比。研究结果表明,纳米材料颗粒在纤维中的分布较均匀,基本上无团聚现象;纳米材料的加入基本不影响涤纶纤维的基本结构和热性能;与普通涤纶纤维相比,纳米抗紫外线涤纶纤维的断裂强度有所降低,但断裂延伸度增加,纤维的应力-应变曲线变得较柔韧;纳米抗菌涤纶纤维具有优异的抗紫外线性能和良好的抑菌性能。
【Abstract】 The IR spectrum,DSC spectra,physical-mechanism performances,far-infrared radiation,and antibacterial activity of nano-antibacterial PET fiber have been tested,and comparaed with common PET fiber in this paper.The results indicate that the nano-particles are equably distributed and there is no large reunite in fibers;the fundamental structure and heat performance of the fiber doesn’t change;compared with common PET fiber,the breaking tenacity of nano-UV PET fiber decreases a little but the breaking extension has increased,the stress-strain curve becomes flexile.Nano-UV PET fiber has excellent anti-UV and good antibacterial activity.
