【Abstract】 The important aspect of disease case administration depend on whether the disease case information can be used effectively or not.The article has put forward to persisting in humanity service in disease case task,and keeping environment tidiness, as well as providing initiate service positively,mean while perfecting borrowing and reading register,extending service range,in the mean time,doing a great job on disease case reprography,and paying attention on trivialness,so that we can realize people-oriented in deed,enhance the quality of disease case service as well as implement human-service in real earnest.更多还原
