【Abstract】 Solid Silicon piezoresistive dynamic pressure sensor used in the measurement of explosion shock wave because of its excellent dynamic characteristic. This paper introduce two methods of sputtering film on the back of silicon and gold diffusion resolving the light interfere problem in the measurement of explosion shock wave.
