火工品动态惯性过载模拟试验及数值仿真技术研究

【摘要】 本文采用Hopkinson压杆技术和装置对典型火工品进行自由式应力波加载,检测火工品动态惯性过载30000g~250000g,并运用Ansys/Ls-dyna进行了数值仿真,数值计算与模拟实验结果吻合,解决了火工品超高g值环境模拟的难题。
【Abstract】 In this paper,based on Hopkinson Pressure Bar technology and device,dynamic inertia overload of initiaor is determined by free style stress wave load for typical initiator. This technology and device can detect 30000g~250000g of overload factor. In this paper,based on Ls-dyna finite element program, the emulation is applied. The emulated results are in accordance with tested results. The technology has resolved the hard problems to simulate supper over loading environment of initiators.
