大功率同步电动机变频调速系统

【摘要】 本文针对大型煤矿主井提升同步电动机变频调速系统,对大功率同步电机的直接转矩控制系统进行了深入的研究,并对实际系统进行了性能测试,测试结果表示该系统性能良好,提升效率明显高于同类型设备,能耗大幅度下降。论文为较好地消化吸收国外先进的变频调速技术,为我国新建矿井的提升电控系统以及电控系统的国产化提供理论和技术支持。
【Abstract】 This thesis in view of the synchronous motor variable - frequency adjustable -speed system of large -scale coal mine hoist equipment, has conducted the thorough research to the direct torque control system of high power synchronous machine, and carried on the performance test to the actual system. The test result expressed this system performance was excellent; the lifting efficiency obviously was higher than the same type equipment, and the energy consumption large scale drop. In order to digesting and assimilating advanced variable- frequency adjustable - speed technology of import equipment better, the paper provides the theory and the technical support for our country new built mine hoist electrical control system as well as its domestic manufacture.
