非金属类桩基材料的ZWICK高频振动力学实验研究

【摘要】 从岩石强度理论及疲劳振动理论的基本原理出发,将高频振动实验方法引入非金属类桩基材料的疲劳损伤力学研究领域。在ZWICK 10 0HFP5 10 0高频振动实验机上,对花岗岩、C3 0混凝土等非金属材料进行单轴压缩试验、高频振动疲劳试验,描述该类材料在稳定状态下的循环应力应变特性;通过实验研究载荷幅值与振动频率对材料特性的影响,研究平均载荷与动载荷振幅比值对材料疲劳强度曲线的影响,以及该类材料的S—N曲线和疲劳寿命以及疲劳强度阈值等问题
【Abstract】 Based on the basic principle of the strength theory of rock and the theory of vibration, the method of high-vibration testing is applied in the field of studying nonmetallic fatigue-damage mechanics such as rock. On ZWICK-100HFP5100 high-vibration instrument, through the single-axial compression testing and high-vibration fatigue testing on No.603 granite and C30 concrete, the fatigue-capability of several typical nonmetallic materials is mainly discussed, and cyclic strain-stress characteristics of the materials in the steady state is described. Through experiments, it studies the impact of load amplitude and vibration frequent on rock material characteristic, swing proportional relation of average load and variation load on fatigue strength curves of the materials. And it searches S—N curves of the materials, fatigue lifetime, the critical value of fatigue strength etc.
