2D-C/SiC复合材料的力学行为模拟
The modeling of the 2D-C/SiC composite mechanical behavior

【摘要】 基于二维平纹编织C/SiC 陶瓷基复合材料在拉伸、压缩、剪切的力学试验,推导了表观应力-应变关系式。试验证实了材料具有拉压特性不同、拉伸和剪切响应非线性、具有非弹性应变等力学性质。在试验基础上,通过分解应变,分别研究弹性应变和非弹性应变随应力的变化情况,对于弹性应变,在弹性理论范围内研究柔度的变化,得出弹性应变表达式;对非弹性应变部分,通过拟合非弹性应变与应力之间的关系曲线得到。得出的应力应变关系式可以用来模拟2D-C/SiC 复合材料在复杂应力下的力学响应。
【Abstract】 Based on axial tests,a set of phenomenological expressions was deduced to describe the stress-strain relationships of plain-woven C/SiC composites.These expressions account for the phenomena evidencedin the tests,including the nonlinear behavior in tension and shear,linear response in compress,residual inelasticstrains.According to the test results,the total strain was divided into elastic strain and inelastic strain.Theelastic strain was analyzed within the elastic theory by studying the compliance increment.The inelastic strainwas directly fitted as functions of corresponding stress components.The deduced expressions can be used tosimulate the mechanical responses of 2D-C/SiC composites in complex loadings.
