超大型污水消化罐体群水压爆破拆除
Removing Large Sewage - Tank Group by The Pressure Caused from Explosive in Water

【摘要】 注水量7000m~3超大型钢筋混凝土罐体群水压爆破拆除工程,根据壳体破坏理论推导出水压爆破药量计算公式,并在工程实践中得验证。罐底解体一直是水压爆破施工中的难点,本工程采用水压爆破与钻孔爆破相结合方案,成功实施了罐体群各部位的一次解体,并取得理想的爆破效果,为同类工程提供了可借鉴的经验。
【Abstract】 The formula of explosive quantity for water - pressure blasting is deducted based on the shell destroy theory and verified in real engineering project on the removal project of super- huge (7000m3) reinforced concrete water- tank group by water - pressure blasting. The most difficult problem is to destroy the bottom of the tank. We have successfully performed simultaneous breakup for every parts of water - tank group by means of combining water - pressure blasting with hole blasting some experience could be provided for similar projects in the future.
