【Abstract】 Based on C. W. Livingston’s theory, the design procedures of the down - stress blasting in the sur- rounding rock of high - stress roadway were given. This technology was used in 7041 overhauling roadway of Tangshan Mine - 700 level. The stress - state of surrounding rock had been improved and a good maintenance result of roadway had been achieved.更多还原
