南水北调定向爆破筑超高坝的有关问题与对策

【摘要】 文中介绍未来西线南水北调超高坝工程难点、定向爆破筑超高坝技术的优势及存在的主要问题、技术对策与建议。重点介绍利用频谱特性控制原理的爆破震动安全新技术探索工作情况与进展。取得的初步结果显示:建筑物对爆破震动的响应程度与震动频谱中相关低频段内振动成份的能量强度及振动持续时间密切关联,不同类型建筑物的震动响应敏感频段集中在大约10Hz以下的低频区中,震动频谱的高频段极具爆破震动安全技术潜力。为此相应提出一种震动频谱特性控制的爆破设计原理。该新技术将允许一段齐爆药量及一次爆破规模较传统原理大量增加,并在大量超出传统震动安全允许幅值标准的情况下仍能确保建筑物的安全。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the difficulties of constructing super - high dam in coming transfer water from south to north of west thread. Directional blasting to do it is of Engineering superiority of directional blast building super- high dam and exists main problems and technical countermeasures and proposal. The circumstances and headway in probe job of near technique around blast shake safety are given. The technical make use of control principle about frequency spectrum property. Gaining initial results indications shook response extent of building to blast shake closely be connected with shook composition and their carried shook energy intensity in corresponding low frequency section of shook frequency spectrum and shook continuation time. The responsible frequency for the different type buildings concentrate on low frequency area of below about ten hertz, the high frequency area of shook frequency spectrum extremely have safety technical potentiality. In this connection corresponding advance a blast design principle of shook frequency spectrum control. The new technical will permit quantity increase explosive of segment even blast and once blast scale than traditional blast safety principle and on the strong shook circumstance of quantity overrun standards about traditional principle shake safety permit level yet con ensured shake safety of buildings.
