热棘轮效应模拟试验方法

【摘要】 应用MTS809拉-扭电液伺服材料试验机,配备自行设计制作的电阻加热炉,实现了热棘轮效应模拟试验,并建立了相应的试验方法。结果表明,该方法不仅简单可行,而目测控精度非常高,可以满足热棘轮模拟的技术要求,为核电压力容器及其他热力管道设计提供准确、可靠的试验数据。
【Abstract】 Thermal ratcheting test were performed on 306 stainless steel cylinder specimen at 300 ℃ under static tension and cyclic torsion loading with MTS 809 electro-hydraulic servo controlled materials testing system and the furnace designed by the authors. The test method for simulating thermal ratcheting was established. The test results show that the method is not only easy to use and accurate to control, but also very useful to engineering design of the pressure vessels subjected to transients.
