电解铝硅钛合金淬火敏感性

【摘要】 用电解铝硅钛中间合金为母合金,熔炼成实用合金AST101。在固溶和时效条件相同时,选择四种不同的淬火水温对合金进行淬火处理,研究了淬火速率对AST101合金的拉伸性能及疲劳裂纹扩展速率的影响。结果表明:AST101合金的抗拉强度σb和屈服强度σ0.2具有明显的淬火敏感性,随淬火速率提高,合金的抗拉强度和屈服强度上升,但延伸率δ5与淬火速率没有明显的相关性。在应力比R=0.1和0.5的试验条件下,没有发现淬火速率对AST101合金的疲劳裂纹扩展速率有明显影响。

【Abstract】 Applied AST101 alloy was melt with electrolytic aluminum-silicon-titanium master alloy. In the same solution heat treatment and aging condition, the alloy was quenched in water at different temperatures and in ambient air. The effect of quenching rate on the tensile and fatigue crack growth properties of AST101 alloys was investigated. The results show that the tensile property of the alloy has obviously quench sensitivity. As the quench rate increases, the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy rise, but the total elongation of the alloy has little relationship with quench rate. In the test conditions of stress ratio R = 0.1 and 0.5, the fatigue crack growth of the alloy is not affected by quenching rate.
