三维编织碳/环氧力学性能及影响因素的研究

【摘要】 本文对三维四向和三维五向编织碳/环氧进行了拉伸、弯曲性能试验,研究了它们的力学行为,获得这些材料的主要力学性能数据,分析了三维编织碳,环氧复合材料的破坏机理,为编织复合材料力学性能理论计算提供实验依据。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of 3-D braided carbon/epoxy composites was studied. The results demonstrate that the mechanical properties can be significantly affected by the braided parameters. With the decreasing of braiding angles, the elastic module E and ultimate tensile strength σp inscrease obviously. On the basic of experiment results, fracture mechanism was analyzed.
