C/PLA复合材料的体外降解性能研究

【摘要】 本实验以聚乳酸(PLA)为基体,碳纤维为增强体,制备出碳纤维增强聚乳酸(C/PLA)复合材料。主要研究了在体外降解过程中,PLA基体和C/PLA复合材料力学性能的变化以及碳纤维表面处理对复合材料降解性能的影响。结果表明:PLA基体和C/PLA复合材料的力学性能在体外降解过程中均有不同程度的下降,但经过硝酸处理的C/PLA复合材料降解速度减慢,表明结合强度高的界面对降解过程有抑制作用。
【Abstract】 In this paper, carbon fiber reinforced polylactic acid composites (C/PLA) were prepared. The in vitro degradation behavior of PLA and C/PLA composites were investigated. The effect of surface treatment of carbon fibers on the degradation behavior of the composites was also studied. The results showed that the mechanical properties of PLA and C/PLA composites decreased with the degradation time. The surface treatment of carbon fibers can greatly decrease the degradation rate of the C/PLA composites.
