从上海新天地看历史遗产的保护利用

【摘要】 西湖新天地、宁波新天地、南京新天地、苏州新天地、重庆新天地……,近年“新天地风潮”越演越烈。由于产生了巨大经济利益,从石库门里弄改造而来的上海新天地成为瞩目的旧区改造案例。在经济利益的驱动下我国出现了各式各样的“新天地”,各地纷纷效仿。然而上海新天地在耀眼的光环下,是否真的名副其实。从历史遗产保护更新利用的角度分析此项目,得出截然相反的结论。对于目前各种盲目效仿行为,必须及时喊停。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the recent years,the tide of“new heaven and earth”is becoming more and more popular.Because of the huge profit,the new heaven and earth of Shanghai which was rebuilt from the Shiku gate lane,has be a famous example.There are many copies in the force of profit.But it isn’t a good example in the opinion of protection and utilization of heritage.So it is the time for us to stop the copy of the new heaven and earth of Shanghai.更多还原
