【摘要】 目的研究复方青黛饮治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法腹腔注射乙烯雌酚有引起小鼠上皮细胞增殖的作用,小鼠尾部表皮天然缺少颗粒层,这两种特征与银屑病病理相似。不同组别的小鼠以复方青黛饮或郁金银屑片灌胃,观察其对角质形成细胞增殖的调节作用。结果与对照组比较,复方青黛饮有较好的降低嗜银蛋白含量和小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,以及促使角质形成细胞分化的作用。结论复方青黛饮治疗银屑病的作用机制与调节角质形成细胞增殖有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the mechanism of the compound Qingdai in treating psoriasis. Methods Intraperitoneal injection of estrogen has a proliferation effect on the basal cell of mouse vagina and the epidermis of mouse trial is lack of stralum granutosum naturaly.The two characters are just identical with the pathology of psoriasis.The different groups of mouse were fed with compound Qingdai or Yujinyinxie tablet.Its action in regulating keratinocyte proliferation was observed.Results Experimental study revealed that comparing with the control group,the expression of AgNoRs and mitosis rate of the basal cell of mice vagina decrease greatly and compound Qingdai has a ability to accelerate the formation of keratohyalin.Conclusion The mechanism of compound Qingdai in treating psoriasis may be related to regulate keratinocyte proliferation.更多还原
