【摘要】 目的:观察化痰通络法对2型糖尿病合并颈动脉粥样斑块的临床疗效。方法:将58例患者按照随机数字表法随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例。两组病人均予以饮食控制及用口服降糖药或胰岛素控制血糖在理想范围,此外对照组给予口服辛伐他汀片,每日20mg;治疗组在继续对照组的基础上给予口服化痰通络的中药,治疗12周。两组于治疗前后分别检测颈总动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)、血清VCAM-1、和TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C。结果:治疗组与同组治疗前比较,IMT、VCAM-1、TC、TG、LDL显著下降,HDL显著升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组VCAM-1、TG、HDL-C改善有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:化痰通络法能改善2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化的状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of the Methods of Huatantongluo in patients with carotid atheromatous plaque to diabetes mellitus(DM)type 2.Methods Fifty-eight patients were divided into treatment group(n=30),and control group(n=28).Before and after the treatment,the intima-media thickness (IMT),vascular cell adhesion molecular 1(VCAM-1),serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)of the patients were examined.Results in the control group,as compared with before treatment,levels If IMT、VCAM-1、TC、TG、LDL reduced significantly,HDL increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),also significant difference was shown in levels of VCAM-1、TG、HDL-C between these two groups(P<0.05).Condusion The Methods of Huatantongluo is useful to treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.更多还原
