双环醇对小鼠急性酒精中毒的保护作用(英文)

【摘要】 <正>1.Introduction Heavy consumption of ethanol may cause addiction and increases all types of injury and trauma,especially neurotoxicity and hepatotoxicity.Previous studies showed that acute treatment of alcohol induces the modification of behaviors, lossof neuron and lipid peroxidation in cerebellum and cerebrum of animals.In addition,ethanol,as a GABA agonist and NMDA antagonist,can also influence central neurotransmitter systems.Although great attention has been paid to alcohol-related toxicity,there are no satisfied treatments available for the toxicity caused by alcohol.
