【Abstract】 By the option of separation parameters,such as the kinds and concentration of cyclodextrin,the pH and concentration of buffer,voltage and temperature,a new method was developed for chiral separation of tramadol hydrochloride and clopidogrel hydrochloride.The separation was performed on a 67cm×75 um uncoated capillary with Me-β-cyclodextrin as chiral selecter.更多还原
