【摘要】 目的对益气舒心丸治疗慢性心衰心功能3级的临床疗效进行观察。方法慢性心衰心功能3级的患者160例,随机分为两组,对观察组80例用西药加佛山中医院中成药制剂益气舒心丸治疗,周期8个月,对照组80例用单纯西药进行常规治疗。对两组患者临床症状、心脏超声指标以及B型钠尿肽前体(proBNP)治疗前后的变化。结果心脏超声显示左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩压(LVESVI)和舒张压末容积(LVEDVE)、B型钠尿肽前体(proBNP)值均有所改善,观察组总有效率为97.50%,对照组总有效率为81.00%。两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论益气舒心丸治疗慢性心衰心功能3级效果明显,可提高疗效和改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Integrative Medicine on cardiac function in chronic heart failure 3 to observe the clinical effect.Methods Cardiac function with chronic heart failure patients 3 160 cases were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases of the observation group,Foshan Hospital of Chinese medicine with western medicine preparations,"Qi comfortable pill" treatment,period 8 months in the control group 80 patients treated with routine western medicine alone.On clinical symptoms,cardiac B-make observations before and after treatment.Results B-shows left ventricular ejection fraction cardiac(LVEF),left ventricular systolic(LVESVI) and diastolic volume index(LVEDVE)at the end,B-type natriuretic peptide(proBNP) values were improved,observation The total effective rate was 97.50% in the control group,the total effective rate was 81.00%.There were significant differences between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion Of Chronic heart failure in heart function three obvious effect,can reduce the recurrence rate and improve the cure rate and patient quality of life.更多还原
