浅析中医药知识产权保护的现状与发展对策

【摘要】 在分析中医药发展形势及知识产权工作的现状和存在问题的基础上,就推进加强中医药知识产权保护发展对策提出了相应建议。
【Abstract】 According to the development of TCM and it’s intelligent property situation,this text gives accordingly suggestions to push forward and strengthen the intelligent property right protection of TCM.
