生命科学前沿的特征与意义
Characters and significance of front fields of life sciences

【摘要】 生命科学前沿是一个灰色系统和动态系统,随着其发展演进,前沿领域与热点总处于动态或交替的过程之中。通过对生命科学前沿领域的分析和界定,提出当今生命科学前沿领域的代表为基因组学、蛋白质组学、系统生物学、生物信息学、生物芯片、组织工程与干细胞、纳米生物技术等七大领域;并以科学系统论的观点分析七大前沿具有的系统特性:自组织性、整体性、相关性、动态性、开放性和层次性;还分析了七大前沿作为大科学的特点及意义:涉及学科面广泛、多种研究手段结合、对工具学科高度依赖及研究成果直接应用于医学。
【Abstract】 As a gray and dynamic system,front fields of life sciences always exist in a state of dynamic change or alteration with research hotspots.By analyzing and defining the front fields of the life sciences,the study brought forward seven representative front fields of the life sciences at present,ie,genomics,proteomics,system biology, bioinformatics,biochip,tissue engineering plus stem cells and nanometer biotechnology.In the meantime,scientific systemic theory was employed to analyze the systemic characters of seven front fields of the life sciences,ie, self-organization,correlation,variation,openness and stratification as well as summarize the characteristics and significance of seven front fields of the life sciences as big science,ie,extensively involving many subjects, combining multiple research methods,highly depending on tool subjects and directly employing research achievements into medicine.
