高效率中红外KTA外腔光学参量振荡器
High efficiency mid-infared KTA extracavity optical parametric oscillator

【摘要】 利用二极管泵浦的电光调Q Nd:YAG激光器输出的1064 nm激光抽运非临界相位匹配(NCPM)的KTA晶体(5 mm×5 mm×25 mm,θ=90°,Φ=0°),采用单谐振外部谐振腔,同时获得了3.467μm和1.535μm的参量光输出。当泵浦激光的脉宽为13ns、重复频率为100 Hz、平均功率为0.6 W时,获得了脉宽6 ns、平均功率84 mW的3.467μm输出和平均功率98 mW的1.535μm输出,1,064 nm泵浦激光到中红外激光的转换效率高达14%,输出光斑近TEM00模分布。同时对实验过程中观察到的红光和绿光进行了理论分析,给出了其相位匹配曲线。
【Abstract】 The 3.467 μm and 1.535 μm parametric output light are obtained simultaneously based on a type II noncritical phase matching KTA crystal(5 mm×5 mm×25 mm,θ=90°,Φ=0°) and a single resonant extracavity,which is pumped by a diode pumped Q-switched Nd:YAG laser.The average power of 84 mW at 3.467 μm is obtained with the pulse width of 6 ns and repetition rate of 100 Hz,corresponding to a conversion efficiency as high as 14% from 1.064 μm to 3.467 μm.Besides the mid-infrared output,the average power of 98 mW at 1.535 μm is obtained simultaneously.The beam spatial profile for 3.467 μm is near TEM00 mode.The phase matching curves for the red and green light,which are observed in the experiment,are demonstrated.
